14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

JawabStar offers a full refund guarantee on your first subscription payment if refund is requested within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to all first-time subscription plans (monthly and annual).

Prorated Refunds - Annual Plans

For annual plans purchased for the first time, we offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days of purchase. Refund is calculated based on the number of days remaining in your subscription year.

Exceptions — When Refunds Do Not Apply

JawabStar does not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Refund requested after 14 days of purchase (or 30 days for annual plans)
• Significant service use (generating more than 20 AI response drafts)
• Account terminated for Terms of Service violation or prohibited use
• Recurring subscriptions after the initial period
• Issues caused by third-party services (Google API outages or payment provider downtime)
• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Send an email to [email protected] with subject line 'Refund Request'
• Include the email address registered with your account
• Include your request ID or transaction ID (found in your receipt)
• State your reason (optional but helpful)

All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Payment Methods & Refunds

All refunds are returned to your original payment method:

• SAR payments: Processed via Moyasar
• International payments: Processed via Paddle

Your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
