By using JawabStar, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
JawabStar provides AI-powered tools to analyze Google Reviews, draft suggested responses, and support reply workflows, including optional publishing actions when connected services and permissions are available. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. You must not share your credentials or authorize unauthorized access.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are processed through Paddle. You authorize JawabStar to charge your selected payment method for the chosen plan on a recurring basis.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use JawabStar to generate false, misleading, or defamatory reviews. All generated responses must comply with platform policies and laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
JawabStar is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from service use or inability.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
